KPG Synergy Sdn Bhd (KPG) was registered in July 1994 as a technology-based company offering Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services which includes Pipeline Radiography using Crawler system (X-ray or Gamma), Holiday Detection, Positive Material Identification (PMI), Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT), Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD), Automated Ultrasonic Testing (AUT), to Oil & Gas industry onshore and offshore projects in Malaysia and throughout the World.

KPG also offers services like Hardness Testing, Third Party Engineering Inspection, Consultancy on Radiation Safety & Background Monitoring, Training & Certification Services, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) as well as Skilled Professional Manpower to the Oil & Gas industry.

To ensure its competitive edge in NDT technology, KPG has developed and manufactured its own series of Pipeline Inspection Crawler System to perform radiography inspection on various pipeline grades and sizes. KPG has the capability to custom design Equipments or System to suit Client's requirements on materials and pipes. KPG also designed and manufacturing Automated Ultrasonic Testing (AUT) system with integrated scanner, calibration blocks and probe wedges. KPG also works together with Shaw Pipeline Services from Huston, USA on latest inspection equipment like RTR (Real Time Radiography).

KPG is being managed by a team of professionals who have been in the inspection business for more than 20 years. Many of our management personnel have more than 20 years of experiences.
